• Complimentary in-home consultation

• 25% deposit required to secure booking

• Remaining balance due at end of service day

• Organizational products billed separately (cost + 15%)

• No obligation to book following consultation

Heavy Item Policy

the RE.SET Step does not move or dispose of large or heavy items including but not limited to:

• Heavy cabinetry or shelving units

• Treadmills or exercise equipment

• Sectionals or oversized furniture

• Mattresses

• Large appliances

• Bed frames

• Pianos

If large items need to be relocated or removed, clients are responsible for arranging this prior to or during the RE.SET.

To ensure the safety of both parties and prevent property damage, the RE.SET Step does not move or dispose of any large or heavy items.

Garbage, recycling, and standard household donations generated during the RE.SET will be removed or coordinated when appropriate.

Large furniture pieces, mattresses, appliances, or oversized items are not included in removal services.
